

Chris Oglesby
Chris Oglesby has an extensive background of leading and growing IT Services organizations focused on transformation, even starting his career on a large modernization effort. With a passion for solving client problems he moved from developing stored procedures to selling and leading projects in different segments of IT services (Cybersecurity, Network Management, Data Center Outsourcing, Utility Computing, Software Development, Cloud Computing, etc) across various industries. Bringing an understanding for the human element of every situation he has grown a portfolio of team and client successes at industry leading firms like EDS, HP, Policy Studies, KCG, and ManTech.
In his time outside the office, Chris loves to spend time with his family which includes lots of time for he and his wife on the road for youth sports activities. Living a mantra “in order to lead, you must do” he has coached many youth teams in soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey and lacrosse, which at times required learning new skills like ice skating and using a girls lacrosse stick. He also enjoys golf, but many times the game does not provide the same mutual respect.


Jacques Tchazou
Jacques Tchazou started his career as a network specialist spending a number of years developing his skills in the Healthcare Industry. While continuing to expand his engineering skills in Healthcare, Retail and Financial Services he begins to develop his consulting career. Currently versed in a wide range of network and monitoring tools he continues to support clients need for upgrading, optimizing and migrating their platforms.
In his free time, Jacques enjoys spending time with his family both near and abroad. As a fan of the English Premier League (EPL) he likes to show his non-technical skills on the pitch playing soccer and part of a recreational basketball league. He is an active member of his community, volunteering at local food banks and cultural exchange organizations like CAMSOC (an African Cultural group in Massachusetts). He is also fluent in French and German.

Mary Toberman
Mary Toberman is a Systems Engineer by training when she started her IT career working for EDS. Through her passion for learning she evolved into a myriad of specialties including program management, strategic planning, data center management and optimization, software development, metrics, project estimating, data analytics, high maturity practices, and agile methodologies. There are few IT practices she won’t try to tackle.
In her free time, Mary loves sports – both playing and spectating, music and live theatre. One of her greatest passions was referring Women's College Basketball for 19 years. Since retiring from the court in 2017, she has taken on a role with the NCAA as Women's Basketball DIII National Coordinator of Officials which involves developing a training program for officials, applying data analytics to make suggestions for improvements to the basketball committee and assigning over 96 referees to work in the playoffs each March. Her favorite motto is: "Busy people get more done!"


David Weaver
David Weaver brings a wealth of experience to MorphWorks clients that comes from diverse experience helping clients drive efficiency into their enterprise IT Infrastructure. This experience has been developed by working for both software start-ups and industry leaders such as Legent, CA, GTSI, EDS, HPE, and DXC Technology. He is regarded as an expert in IT operations and infrastructure, as it relates to migrations and optimization activities, including migrations to Cloud platforms.
In his free time, David loves to spend time with his family, which is continually growing. In addition to his 3 kids and 2 grandchildren. Favorite activities include boating and water sports, as well as golf; and other sports in general, including a couple of pick-up basketball games per week. He is active in his church, and generally enjoys building projects, having grown up in a family that runs their own construction company.
