Julius Crawford is a United States Air Force veteran, program manager and certified cloud professional. Mr. Crawford provides expert policy, technical, program, and Defense-wide consulting on all aspects and matters related to the Federal Government, IT Modernization, Cloud and Cybersecurity. Mr. Crawford provides program management, cloud and security expertise for whole-of-government coordination on a wide range of policy topics, including the warfighter, financial data, law and administration, healthcare, IC, mortgage-backed securities, security posture, Continuity of Operations, and IT Modernization strategy.
He also serves as a Senior Consultant for Federal Cloud Smart Adoption, Application Rationalization, FedRAMP compliance and Trusted Internet Security (TIC) 3.0 to provide strategic recommendations to remove the identified cloud barriers, accelerate emerging cloud technology adoption, and increase efficiency and reduce cost using cloud smart and cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. The Cloud Smart strategy is the President’s technology agenda focused on modernizing federal infrastructure and protecting America.
Crawford graduated from Capella University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and achieved a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University in 2015.
