Julia Cahill comes to MorphWorks following government experience in telecommunications, national security, and defense. She has worked with agencies such as the Federal Communications Committee, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. Most recently, her work with the FCC encompassed managing 5G supply chain risk with network virtualization for the United States. This work has gone on to inform policy decisions regarding the roll out of 5G infrastructure hardware and software in the US.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys baking and crocheting gifts for friends. She has written several poetry collections and works of fiction. Julia graduated with Honors from Brown University with a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Public Affairs
